Hi! I'm Julie Fischbeck. I just moved to Anthem, AZ this summer from the East Valley where I have been teaching Let's Play Music in my home for going on 9 years now. I am also a member of the Teacher Advisory Board for Let's Play Music and help with the training and certification of new Let's Play Music teachers.
I have taught private piano lessons for the last 15 years, and I have also helped run Summer Children's Musical Theatre Workshops since 1999 at Mesa Community College. I am married and have 3 children who are budding musicians themselves.
My oldest daughter is a Let's Play Music graduate and is now excelling in both cello and piano. My son is currently in the 2nd year of the program, and our youngest daughter is excited to begin Sound Beginnings with Mommy this fall!
Never seen a Let's Play Music class? Feel free to come and observe one of the classes I am currently teaching. Email me at cfischbeck@cox.net to schedule a visit or answer any questions you might have about Let's Play Music or Sound Beginnings.
The function of beauty in the education of children is to lead them imperceptibly to love, through sensory experience, what they will afterwards learn to know in its own form as an intelligible principle.
